When to install car seat?

When are you ladies installing your car seats? One part of me thinks I'm too early and the other doesn't want to get caught off guard.

IUI#1 - 05/20/08 = BFP! M/C - 14 weeks :( baby girl
IUI#2 - 01/07/09 = BFP!!! Twins!! Pre-term labor 20 weeks :( lost twin girls
IUI#3 - 1/31/10 = BFP!!!! M/C - 8wks :( again
IVF #1 - 7/2010 = c/p
FET - 9/2010 = another c/p
IUI#4 - 2/14/11 = BFP!

    We installed Brady's at around 35 weeks.

    I'll probably put it in the car right when I get it, just to make sure it fits!!  But we'll probably put it in for real around 37-38 weeks, just in case she comes a little earlier than expected.

    we installed ours about 2 weeks ago, but that was mostly because i'm having twins and i wanted to make sure we had them inspected and in place in case i went into labor early.

    I just installed it on Monday. I don't want to be caught off-guard and don't want to leave it up to DH. I've installed plenty of car seats in my days where-as he has never done it.

    We installed ours and had them inspected at our local fire dept at 32 weeks. It was a little early, but with having twins, I wanted to be prepared in case in went into PTL.
