NBR: Quick question about cleaning crews

I've never had a cleaning crew clean my home before, and there's a crew coming today for the first time.  Are we supposed to tip?  If so, one amount for the whole group, or a little for each person?

    We have tipped.  I don't think you have to.  We have our cleaning service set up on our credit card so it automatically charges.  If they do an especially good job or we ask them to do something extra, I'll tip them.
