Cheesy ranch chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, and crescent rolls! It is taking every ounce of willpower to not eat the chips and homemade salsa in the fridge right now, because I know if I do I won't want supper!

I work until 8:30 tonight and I didn't pack anything so now I have to decide what to go and get I'm thinking Wendy's right now so I can get a baked potato. Their salads aren't half bad these days either, but a bit overpriced.
I threw some chicken, black beans, corn, salsa and enchilada sauce in the crock pot. I'll shred the chicken when it's done and make burritos out of it. I'll probably serve salads on the side.

Whatever my husband decides he is making tonight. I tried to ask but I think it is some sort of surprise. Wouldn't it be great if it entailed ordering pizza?

I'm up in Washington so I have the same problem! Making me hungry way too early. I just chowed down on some carrot sticks and ranch to hold me over.
MH works is out of town on a job M-Th for the time being so I'm cooking for one...that means tonight I'm thinking popcorn with light butter, nutritional yeast and some fresh veggies. Ha ha!
I think I will bake some blackberry scones with the berries I picked Monday...we're going out of town for the weekend to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and some scones saved away in the camper will be a nice treat!

I made a big dinner yesterday and the day before, so today we just picked up some subs from a pizza place. Good thing because I am too tired to do anything else...may be off to bed soon!

Re: Whats for dinner?
Chicken and sweet potatoes and I suppose I should make salad too.
You ladies are killing me.... LOL
I'm in AZ so when I see the "What's for dinner" at 2:00 in the afternoon it makes me soo hungry!!
We're having "Chipotle Sloppy Joes" and let me say they are sooo good! I'm not a big beef eater so I sub the ground beef for ground turkey.

If you like spicy, give it a try! You can add or take out the chipotle to your taste!
Enjoy your dinner!!
