Good afternoon Ladies, I'm Amy, a long time lurker and newlywed of about 2 months. DH and I have decided that once we get the OK from our obgyn that my HPV has cleared my system in March, we are going to TTC. I know this is a long ways away, and I have a lot more lurking to do, but I just wanted to know if anyone has any advice for someone as far out as me so when we start trying in March we can be prepared. Anything I should start drinking? avoiding?
Thanks in advance and I love reading everyone's stories on here! I will continue to lurk until it is our turn "officially" to TTC in March.
Amy

Hi and Thanks! I am on hormonal BC as well as Depakote for long term hereditary migraines (NO FUN). My neurologist says I must be off migraine meds for at least 3 months before TTC, so with his guidance, I will go off the Depakote in December, and off BC the first of March if blood work comes back and all migraine meds are out of my system.
I have begun to attempt to chart but it is SO confusing. I am beginning the FF journey because i was never regular before going on BC. What sort of Prenatals can you recommend for someone 6 months out?
I'm not trying to be rude or snarky, but how does HPV get cleared from your system?
Welcome and GL.

That's interesting, learn something new everyday. Thank you for sharing that with us. GL hopefully the time will go by quick for you.
Welocme! & Good Luck!!
Welcome and GL!
Thanks so much everyone for the welcome and great advice!
Jess- I think that going off BC earlier than i thought i would is a great idea because I was never ever regular before I went on it. Although it probably had something to do with me being 20 and only 93 lbs at the time. I am neither anymore!
I'm going to go back in to lurk mode so I can learn more about the do's and don'ts before officially starting our journey! I've signed up on Fertility Friend and can't wait until March gets here! GL everyone!
