i did it i went to court and it was ok. he is super pissed i was awarded 782 dollars a month in child support if her medical expenses go over 250 a month then he pays 37 percent. he said he could not afford that the commissioner said he didnt care. he is really mad at me at this point and time.what else do i do. we are here for a reason and unless he compromises ( because i already have compromised plenty) then i will stand strong. thank you for all of your input.

I am very happy that you followed through. Of course your H will be upset, he is having to take responsibility and the order is coming from someone with no emotional ties to the situation.

FWIW, my DB was so angry after the CS hearing, the D.A. made me wait for him to leave the building and asked me if I needed an escort to my vehicle.

  lol. That's great news from you both! I hope I get the appropriate child support amount which I know DH can definitely afford and our child deserves when my time comes for court.

I am proud of you. Most people are shocked by the amount of CS they have to pay... My X was given a number significantly less then yours and he is still throwing a fit. PS we try not to post specific CS numbers here. It is like posting your salary, kinda just an unspoken rule... Except I just spoke about it... Oh well

It's awesome that you held strong.  You won't regret it.  It is also a terrific feeling when you no longer care AT ALL if he is "really mad at you".  Oh well!

well the main reason it is that high is because child care cost is that high , they didnt even look at his finances really just child care and percentages.
