HELP! 10 mo BF boy started biting!!

My LO (who up until this point respected mommy's boobies)  has recently gone all Silence of the Lambs on me.  I'm hoping you ladies have a solution before he develops a cannibalistic complex because those top teeth are starting to come in.  I tried ending the feeding and sitting him down to let him understand that it isn't good but he keeps doing it.  I am about ready to quit BFing and I really don't want to so here's hoping!

DS did this for about for about a week when he was teething with his top teeth. It passed.

DD started doing this when she started teething.  So far she only does it when a tooth is actually coming in, and it isn't as bad as it used to be.  Hopefully it is just a teething thing and will pass.
