Childcare help - please

We matched with an au pair 5 months ago, and she arrived a week ago.  She quickly decided that she didn't want to care for a 1 year old.  I'm trying to find new full time care as soon as possible for my daughter.

 I am looking for either a nanny, or an in home day care with only a few kids.  We live in Annandale, outside of the Beltway, and commute into Tysons and Mclean.  If anyone has a recommendation, I'd greatly appreciate it.

We have posted ads on DCUM, Craigslist, and care.com.

Try going through Infant Toddler as well.  They will let you know of a group of providers with immediate availability in your locale.
