Need help- sudden potty issues

I KNOW that DD is having issues because things are crazy.  We traveled a lot this summer, had in-laws for 10 days, told her she's going to be a big sister and she starts preschool tomorrow.  BUT, she can't go to school if she's peeing in her pants!  She's been potty trained for 14 months.  She did it on her own.  She also potty trained her whole preschool class of 2 yo last fall.  She fell off the wagon in January when we moved across country, but has been pretty much fine until the last month.  Today she peed in her pants while we were hanging out at home (I'd asked her to go but she refused).  I made her change herself and within literally 3 minutes she'd peed in the new clothes.  I'd told her to put more pee in the potty before changing, but she refused.  I've told her she can't go to her big-girl school if she's peeing in her pants every day.  I even spanked her after the 2nd time because that wasn't an accident, it was willful (not looking for a spanking argument here).  I've tried not making a big deal out of it.  I've tried time out.  I've tried asking her why, but she doesn't seem to understand that question yet (almost 3 1/2).  I've asked if it hurts to pee (in case of UTI) and she says no.  I don't know what to do.  Hopefully, she won't do this at school.  If she does, we're out a lot of money, and I have to stop looking for a job, which we need.  I never did a sticker chart for peeing or reward system because on July 1 of last summer she just started doing it on her own.  Please, please help.

My DD is doing something similar.  She is having little accidents way too often.  For a while there it was 1-2x's a day.  She would then run to the bathroom to finish.  Also she has wet the bed at night 2x's in the past month.  She hasn't went the bed since she was 2!

My daughter responds best when she feels like mommy is dissappointed.  I let her know that I am not mad, but I am a little upset bc she is a big girl but when she pees in her pants then she is acting like a baby.  I have asked her if she wants me to put a diaper on her.  I haven't spanked her over it (but I am not spanking adverse) only bc I feel like something is going on.  She knows better, she is not being defiant, she is just being a little lazy.

We just went back to a sticker system.  If she is dry all day (no little accidents) and does not come in our bed at night she can have a sheet of stickers.  They are tiny little sheets.  They do the trick.  She wakes up ready for her stickers.  And when she knows she doesn't get one, she is really upset.  But I try to stay firm.

It is hard, but like you, we have moved, she started pre school and there is a baby on the way.  That is alot to take in in 6 months so I am trying to be as patient at possible.  Now if she starts to poop her pants - that is a different story!

Constipation? DD has had chronic problem with peeing in her panties. We've been to the dr 3 times. The second time he said constipation and she has to take miralax daily. Apparently the pressure from the poop is pushing the pee out. And now, because she was so used to it hurting when she poops, she tries to hold it in. So, we're fighting a fear of hurting when she poops and constipation that prevents her from pooping, or makes it hurt. Plus the shame and embarassment she's developed from Allmof our frustration over it. It's been hard, the 2nd appointment was 2 mos ago. At the third Appt he said we need to give her more time to get used to pooping not hurting.

Anyway, I suggest a visit to the dr.

Something else the dr said was that urine could be refluxing (I think that's the word he used) into her vagina, then coming out at a later point making her panties slightly wet.
