I'm in my first trimester 5 weeks and I'm feeling great. I just have the annoying cramps that's all. I'm staying hungry all the time and I can't say that I'm feeling really tired. Hopefully I'll not have morning sickness. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I felt great at 5 weeks too!!! But then my 6th week hit me...hope you continue to feel great! Alot of us are looking for the light at the end of the tunnel!
I hope your m/s doesn't kick in too much! I had cramps up through about 8-10 weeks, then they suddenly disappeared. The only m/s I had was getting quesay here and there, but eating some toast and trying to relax helped a lot. I wasn't tired until week 10. I'm 12 weeks as of today and am still very tired. I hear you're less tired the second trimester, so if two weeks of being exhausted is as bad as it gets, that's not to rough. I've been walking at least one mile/day on the treadmill. I think keeping up with moderate exercise really made a difference. Good luck!
Gawd. I hate those cramps. I always feel the need to lie down when I feel them....which is frowned upon in my office. lol. Glad you dno't have M/S so far.

Yeah I just want to lay down too. I hate them. I think I did speak too soon about the morning sickness because about an hour ago I got nauseas. I got very hot to the point I started sweating. I never vomitted though just had the urge. I felt very yucky for a little bit. I called my sister and she told me to drink some sprite and try to eat something. I did and now I feel a little better. I just want to lie down now. This is my and DH first.
yeah. I had a positive pregnancy test at 4 weeks and had a hard time believing it until this week. 4-5 weeks I just felt like I had PMS symptoms. Now I get nauseous every other hour it seems with occasional hot flashes (is that even normal?!). And I could easily sleep 12-16 hours a day if I could. And I can smell the kitchen garbage from anywhere in the house.
All that to say, I wouldn't make any big plans for the next few weeks
Re: Feeling Great
LOL Most people find that m/s starts around 6 weeks or more. ;b
I hope you don't have any, but I wouldn't get too overly confident.
