hi ladies i was wondering if you can recommend some good mommy and me classes?
when did you first introduce each your lo to swim?
and what program you used to teach your lo to swim?

our lo is almost 3months old but i want to make sure she gets used to water and learns to swim as soon as possible.

also, did anyone have any success with the survival swim lessons?

The Parenting Place at Nova has wonderful mommy and me classes. Many women on this board have gone there and have loved the teachers and school.

 I am a firm believer in swim lessons and survival swim.  I think introducing a child to water early is a wonderful thing, but I don't think you will be able to do much at 3 months.  I did my first survival swim class as a mommy and me class when dd was 9 months and it was a perfect age.  We probably could have done it a little younger and she would have still enjoyed it - 9 months just worked out for us timing wise.  Swim classes will evolve as your lo gets older.  Most programs are mommy and me until the children reach 2.5/3 years.
