I've seen kids at the Bye & Bye on NE Alberta. They have the best food, super cheap, and you'd never know it's all vegan (unless you ask).

Stanfords in Clackamas, Chevys in Clackamas, and OBA in the Pearl, all have happy hour on the patio, and kids are allowed.  Of course this is seasonal, but it should be nice enough for at least the next 2 weeks to still eat outside!

Laurelwood for sure, I'm quite convinced they have a two kid minimum!

Hopworks is another good one, although they get crazy crowded.

I beileve most brew pubs and bars allow children before 8 pm.

We recently went to Hair of the Dog, their service wasn't great though.
