Hi Bumpies! The internet doesn't seem to be helping me with this and I figured you were all a much better resource anyway. I would like to begin a yoga routine focused on relaxation/circulation and awareness of the pelvic floor/delivery muscles. mostly relaxation/circulation since my headaches are so bad.
Any recommendations of poses, dvds or books? an instructed class is not in the cards at this time, so it has to be "for dummies" if you will forgive my lack of knowledge.

While staying active during pregnancy is important, you must also be mindful of chosing a form of exercise that allows you to monitor your heart rate and body temperature.
A great addition to yoga exercise, allowing a safe and healthy environment for you and your baby is swimming. I highly recommmend taking up the sport of swimming during your pregnancy.
