So my cousin said this to me the other day. I laughed and said "I get cramps and tightening several times a day, have to wear pantiliners ALL day every day, and the I just started leaking from my boobs--- a period for a wk is no biggie!" She was shocked, grossed out and horrified--she was like--okay okay you win. =) that'll teach her, just wait til shes pg Stick out tongue

Re: At least you dont have your period...

  • Hahahaha!  No kidding.  I long for the day that I don't have to wear a pad....every single freaking day!  You forgot to scare her with the "You can't breathe and heartburn takes over your life!" =)
  • Loading the player...
  • Yay right. I think the potential for 6 weeks of post partum bleeding makes up for all the periods I would have missed... and then a few some.
  • Funny!

But, seriously wait till she is pregnant! I think people have no idea half of the things that come along with being pregnant! I know I didn't!

  • Seriously... it's like the longest, weirdest PMS ever.  I've been lucky on the discharge front, but even w/o needing to change out feminine hygiene items, pregnancy is NOT easier than dealing with periods.
  • That's hilarious! Man I forgot about what it's like to get your monthy visit. I'm sure after being pregnant I won't complain about it as much!
  • One of my friends told me that too....I was like honey you have no idea.  All day every day discharge is way worse then a 4 day period will ever be!!!!

  • You should have also said that you will bleed for 6 straight weeks after giving birth.

  • Don't forget about the hemorhoids, labial vericose veins and stretch marks! ?Thank god I don't have any of those (yet) but the fear of them has made me decide that I'd take a period any day...
  • i always thought that was the one nice thing about being pregnant....

now, i would take my period back for 2 weeks/month if i could to be done being pregnant!
