Hi ladies,
I'm a MOM who usually frequents the toddler/multiples boards. I was lucky enough that my boys didn't need to be in the NICU, though there were little and early.
My dh's employee's wife just gave birth to a baby girl at 28 weeks. She was 2 lbs 9 oz. I assume they'll be in the NICU for quite some time.
I don't want to send a normal gift - I want to be more helpful. Think big. Their family is all first generation Chinese, all live close, and give a lot of support... But that said, if I can give them a gift package of items that will help their situation, I'd be really pleased.
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
Re: NICU baby gifts - help/suggestions please?
Check out this post, it might help you. https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/57534572.aspx
My first thought is gift cards restaurants near the nicu and gas cards because they'll be driving back and forth.
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)
