Me & DH's song is "Here I Am" by Blake Shelton-
https://youtu.be/5GWiwonBLNQ
Abbey's lullaby is "Baby Don't Cry" by Jamey Johnson
Sorry, obviously I can't link correctly...
This was the song we had played at our wedding: John Michael Montgomery "Home To You" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0S2TtVNi3o
For DS: Rascal Flatts "I Won't Let Go" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fqPcnuVPR8
This is the song for our first dance at our wedding Link
I don't have any in particular for DS but typically I sing any (sometimes all!) song from The Sound of Music Soundtrack but my favorite to sing to him is this one
My Blog: Naturally Mindful
I have been singing Edelweiss to DD since she was in NICU! I love it!.
I also sing You are my Sunshine a lot.
DH and I are this song.
Isn't it beautiful?! I'm just a big The Sound of Music geek and I want him to love it too!. One day as an adult he'll watch the movie or hear the song and go "aww my mom used to sing me this song!"
My Blog: Naturally Mindful
They have a Sound of Music sing along, at the whole movie theater, in my hometown every year....but I've never been able to go home for it. They also have a Sound of Music tour of Austria, which is on my Bucket List!
DH and I planned NOT to have a first dance. DH is really shy and really didn't want it. We ended up going for it spur of the moment. His uncle picked a country song, but I have no clue what is was.
I sing a tune to my girls that I made up. It doesn't have any words so I "loo-loo" it to them. A calls it the loo-loo song.
I also sing lots of Les Miserable to them.
My favorite from Les Mis is Master of the House so I don't think that would be the best choice to sing as a lullaby.
I love that show. It was the first broadway play I ever saw.

For DH, it's Lullabye by the Dixie Chicks, which is also perfect for DD, although I haven't sung it to her. (I'll have to refresh my memory on the lyrics)
I sing Goodnight to DD every night when she goes to bed. I heard it on the Manhattan Transfer Christmas CD years ago and always wanted a baby to sing it to
DH and I are At Last
I haven't sung it to him yet but whenever I hear Baby Mine I think about DS and cry.
Happy tears if he is with me and sad tears if he isn't. That song is part of the fireworks at Disney right now and I cried while watching them with DH and DS sleeping in the stroller. I have loved this song since I first watched Dumbo.
DH & I: Safe and Sound by Hawksley Workman
LO: Always by Switchfoot. It actually would choke me up when I was pregnant.
This is the star, this is your heart
This is the day you were born
This is the sun, these are your lungs
This is the day you were born
And I am always, always, always yours
And I am always, always, always yours
These are the scars deep in your heart
This is the place you were born
And this is the hole where most of your soul comes ripping out
From the places you've been torn
And it is always, always, always yours
And I am always, I'm always, I'm always yours
Hallelujah, I'm caving in
Hallelujah, I'm in love again
Hallelujah, I'm a wretched man
Hallelujah, every breath is a second chance, yeah
And it is always, always, always yours
And I am always, I'm always, always yours
Always, always, I'm always yours, I'm yours
Always, always, I am always yours

It's Friday I'm in Love by The Cure
When I was pregnant, A Moment Changes Everything. It still makes me cry.
Great post idea!
DH and I: Carrie Underwood - That's where it is (one verse and chorus below)
When I'm crashing through the madness,
Not sure who I'm supposed to be,
When I'm caught up in the darkness,
It's your hand that's leading me,
You bring me back to solid ground,
You lift me up right here, right now
In a midnight talk, in a morning kiss,
When I'm in your arms, that's where it is,
When we're tangled up and can't resist,
When we feel that rush, that's where it is
LO: Hey Rosetta! - Welcome. It brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear it. I first heard it when I was PG.
All the doctors blinking hard
You'll be lightning coming out of the storm
It's a message, it's a miracle
You'll do all right
You've got your mother's eyes
You've got your daddy's head
Everything you need
For this hard ride
They'll be strapping you on
All the ups and downs and you can't get off
Yes, trouble we're handing off
And you've got to do better than us
It'll be all right
You've got lots of time
Got your daddy's love
Everything you want
I can feel you and what you're gonna be
You'll be stronger, you'll be smarter than me
Oh baby, I'll say it again
You're the most incredible thing
Sorry, this is it
It's cold and hard and badly lit
And there's no backing out of it
So forget where you've been
It'll never be that good again
And we must only look ahead
Soon you're 33
And everything you tried to be
Is pulled apart by fear and greed
Let young hands build you up
And carve your face in honest rock
With sunlight on your noble jaw
May young hands build you up
I'm happy that you've come along
I'm happy that you've come, I'm happy that you've come
Oh baby, I'll say it again
I'll say it again, I'll say it
You're the most incredible thing

Our song is "I'll still be loving you" by Restless Heart https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plH9iUM_stg And "My best friend" by Tim McGraw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ctVkg_GFf0
DS's song is "My wish" by Rascal Flatts, I would listen to it constantly while I was KU with him. It expresses my feelings and wishes for him so well!
DD's song is "Your first day on Earth" by Newsong. I sob every time I hear it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HomPHN7OXlg My sister also wrote her a song called "Alynn's Song" on her demo cd. I'll add that once I get the link!
I sing all sort's of broadway songs to them though.
ETA: "Alynn's song" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gzj_j7MkOjg
