XP: Chores/Good behavior Reward Chart

My oldest is almost 4.5yrs.  I would like to start a reward chart for good behavior and chores.  Any suggestions on what items should be put on there?  I was thinking stickers, and then once he has a certain amount, he could pick out a prize.  Do you have an insight on what worked for you and your LO?

DD is younger, but we put 5 chores - make bed, clear dishes, put dirty clothes in basket, put away toys, and feed the dog.  She gets a check mark beside each one she does.  5 check marks equal 30 minutes of tv.
