Ugghh, I know it is normal, but my sense of smell is getting to me. My fiancee and I are clean people, but my house has this stale metallic smell to it, and it is making me sick. He doesn't smell it. We are all about burning oil and incense, but those smells are getting to me too. Any advice??
Re: Smells
It will slowly go back to normal. With my last pregnancy I could smell a dead mouse at work and no one else could. They all called me crazy. The next day they found it. I could not handle it. So gross.
This pregnancy I keep kids in my home, and the only problem thus far is dirty diapers! And I have 4 in diapers!!!

One day, outside, all these flies came out of nowhere and we couldn't find the cause. My husband thought it was ok to get a disposable fly trap bag and hang it on a tree a bit in the far back of the backyard. I was sitting outside one night and this terrible smell of rotting flesh hit me. I asked my husband if there was a dead animal in the yard. He said no it was the fly bag. Yum.
I found out the smell of fresh cut lemons or lemons in general help with my nausea and smell senitivity.
