We've been several times and I love it!! I don't know of any others in Austin, but in SA there are the Natural Bridge Caverns, which are much bigger (and cooler), but it's a lot further.
Thank you all! We went to Natural Bridge Caverns. It was great! I wore M. It was too steep for a stroller, and the deptb provided a good little work out for my behind. I made the mistake of wearing jeans and a long-sleeved shirt. I was a sweaty mess! They say it's 70 degrees, but it's also 99% humidity.

Inner Space ones are pretty neat though!
I also really love Longhorn Caverns in Burnet. That is probably in your general direction. It's still a drive but it's really lovely.
You can easily take all the girls (I would wear M).
