frequent hiccups

Is it normal for babies to have hiccups several times per day?  I have only started noticing it within the last couple of weeks and the past few days it's been 3-4 times per day lasting up to 20 mins.  It's such a weird feeling and I actually don't like it so I get up and do a couple jumping-jacks to help her get rid of them.

I've noticed my baby getting hiccups at least 2 times a day for the last few days.

Lol! Jumping jacks? Thats funny but yes it is totally normal, even that frequently!

I don't like the feeling either and I try to "wiggle" them out of her sometimes Especially at night when I'm trying to fall asleep.

YEah. Some nights my little one gets them around 10pm and has them 30 min. on and then 30 min. off until about 1am. ugh. fun.

mine gets them pretty frequently. Almost always about a half hour to an hour after lunch, lasting about 10 minutes. The other times are pretty random.

I know what you mean about the feeling... after a while it starts to worry me so I try to keep myself occupied with something else until it stops.

I just remind myself that hiccups are a sign that those lungs are in healthy, working order!

yep about 4 times a day - it is no longer cute when I am trying to sleep.
