I'm 1 year 1 month from mine and feel just fine. By the 2nd day the doc was ready to release me and everyone kept saying they were amazed how I was getting around. That could be because it was my 2nd one though.
Its been 8 weeks for me. My doctor said I'm perfectly able to go back to my old routine, i'm just still terrified of that burning pulling sensation that i used to go on my lower abdominals. I'm afraid to do my old exercises and whatnnot. But i'm having sex again
I'm 8 days out and feeling rather good. I'm up and moving around the house more than I probably should, but am nearly weaned off all pain medicine so I'm confident I'm healing okay.
I must say, though, I'm terribly nervous about my 2 week checkup and having the tape removed. I just can't imagine the incision to be closed enough by then!
I am 9 weeks out from my first c/s & feel 100% most of the time. My incision might be a bit sore if I've been really active or if DD kicks at it when we're nursing lying down. But, it's nothing that keeps me from doing what I want.
