2ww and trying not to test early

I have told myself since we started all of this again that I will NOT test early.  However, it seems like it is taking forever for Monday(9/5) to get here.  I think part of it is that if it's negative, I'd rather know now than on Monday as it's DH's b-day on Monday.  The other side of me is saying no no no WAIT!   

 The good news that I found out from the RE is that my progesterone levels on day 8 and 11 after ovulation were really good..68 and 60.  They said I have a friendly uterus.  woohoo!

I understand your frustration. AF is due on the 10th. I have a FRER burning a hole in my night stand. It says I can test 6 days early... That's tomorrow. I know there's a chance that it'll still be too early, but there are two tests in the box.... maybe one tomorrow and one later on if I need it??

Why do we torture ourselves??

thankfully I've never been a big POAS person.  For some reason I feel MUCH worse when I test and get a BFN than when AF comes.  Of course I'm always bummed when AF comes but not nearly as bummed as when I POAS and its neg.

However, if you gals like to POAS, then go for it!  And I wish you all the luck in the world.  Would love to start hearing more BFPs from people!

You got that right! I plan on using one of them tomorrow morning. It'll probably be neg., and if it is, that's ok. It'll pacify me for a couple days until AF shows, and then gear up for the next round! Thanks for the luck!!
