If you had a choice, vag or c-section with twins?

I had two sets of twins vag.  I was smart about getting the epidural with the second labor bc 2nd baby flipped when baby A came out.  My doctor likes to deliver vag if the first baby is in position bc she was awsome at helping the second baby if it wasn't in position.  Always a chance with any labor it could end up being a c section.  I'm pregnant for the third time and hoping we are only having one, really hoping I will do another vag, I'm scared of c sections!
