name a must-have baby item

My SIL keeps asking me what I would like that's not on my registry (for baby, the room, me, whatever).  I'm sure my IL's are all going in on a gift and she said under $200.  She mentioned that Graco "sweetpeace" thing (which I heard is great, but we don't really have room for it) and I even thought about a pricey diaper bag.  But I'm having a hard time thinking today and I'm sure there's something.  Any ideas?? TIA!

A swing of some sort is a must have.  Sometimes it was the only way I could eat. DS was a "hold me 24/7" baby.

If you can find the room for the Sweetpeace I'd say get it.  We got one and I'm so looking forward to it.

i agree about making room for the sweet peace ... but a good diaper bag would be a fun gift too. is there one youve had your eye on?

We have the sweet peace and can't wait to use it!  Also, what about a pre-natal massage?  They are great.  I am always a girl for a great bag!

Ooh Oh, I have another idea.  What about a gift certificate to one of those dream dinners or super suppers places so you can stock up on dinners for when the baby comes.  Then you have healthy meals ready to go and don't have to spend as much time in the kitchen when the little one arrives.
