Hi ladies! I'm so happy we have a board! My name is Kathy, I'm 32 and had an emergency csection on May 9th,2011. I was hoping for an unmedicated birth but my little guy was in distress and had to come out. Turns out the cord was wrapped around his shoulder. I was upset I didn't get ANY of what I had wanted in my birth plan other than I got to 8 cm with no drugs. I'm still struggling with weight loss and my scar still hurts when pressed on. I do sometimes feel like I didn't really give birth to my son but I'm just happy he's here and perfect. Can't wait to get to you know all of you.
