There are quite a few moms at my son's elementary school that wear heels everyday to pick their kids up.  They are SAHM's and obviously not coming from work (wearing jeans, short shorts and short skirts and have younger kids with them).

I will wear wedges.  I also have some sandals that have a one inch heel on them. Otherwise it's nice flat sandals/flip flops.  In the fall/winter I have booties that have a good 2-3 inch heel on them that I wear under my skinny jeans.

depends on what else I'm doing that day or what I'm wearing.  most of the time, no.... but if it fit the outfit, why not?
