NBR, but REALLY need to vent!

I think I've mentioned before, I work in an office where it's just me (I run the office) and a Financial Advisor. I am "employed" and paid by our company, not him. He's technically not my boss, but a superior in a way.

August was my 2nd anniversary month, and every year the FA and myself are supposed to do a review for me, for my annual raise. Even though he's not my boss, he is the only one that works directly with me and knows what I do, so he does my review.

August 1st the review was supposed to be done. I did my part, and he had numerous reminders from our Home Office, calendar activities, emails and reminders from me to get it done. He didn't do it, so I called to find out what needs to be done. He had until the 1st of this month to do it, and they would add my raise plus any back pay from the 1st of August.

He still hasn't done it. I have to sign off on his review, and fax it in myself. He's out of town until next Wednesday, and I'm *hoping* this is my last day before ML. I'm so super pissed realizing he still has not done my review. It's pretty sh!tty of someone to discount your work and raise like that. I was hoping to have it before I left, as a padding to my 6 weeks of STD only getting paid 75%. It's a d-bag move, and if I put off doing my work like that, nothing would get done, period. And I would be fired.

Sorry it's so long, I'll buy everyone a cookie if I ever do get a raise
