Diaper Bags...

So I'm at a loss as to what to do for a diaper bag.  I want something that's practically designed, easy to clean, not super expensive.  But what style bag is better - tote, messenger, backpack?  For those with experience with this, what do you recommend?  We need something to use on a daily basis (to bring and leave at daycare each day) and then something smaller for short trips...

I'm currently thinking about getting the Skip Hop Via Messenger bag but I can't commit to anything!  Help!

Re: Diaper Bags...

  • My only experience was one with a flap.. which drove me insane! I swear sometimes mothers should be born with an extra arm!

So this time I am going to try a tote so that its one less step I need to go through so we will see.  I just want to be able to grap what I need without fumbling with a flap, zipper, or anything else!

  • I am using a vera bradley bag. My sister has used them. She said having flap is awful b/c you can't grab anything easily. The Vera Bradley bags are $92 but they are strong and cotton. My sister said she just throws hers in her washing machine and is able to throw it in the dryer. Plus they have so many patterns.
