KateB1984:Definitely! I find it freezes really well. I wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then in either foil or put it in a freezer bag.

Sometimes I slice up the bread and wrap each slice and then freeze. Then I just have to get a slice or 2 and don't have to defrost the whole loaf.

Yes, you can. I also do this-freeze the bananas if they go brown and just pull them out when I want to bake bread/mufifins.
