Harrisburg area birthday party entertainment ideas needed

Anyone have any recommendations of something fun for a first bday party for a friend of mine.  Any local vendors that do face painting, balloon animals, Elmo/Mickey impersonators, or anything else fun young children under 6 would enjoy?  Thanks!

We have used www.atomicbouncerocks.com . They are based in York, but I know they travel.  They are very easy to work with and come right to your house.  They have bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, magicians, and other fun stuff.
