So, I've managed to gain about 15lbs this summer so I was browsing the workout videos at Target and saw the 30day shred I've heard you ladies talking about. Waited til today to start and did the 1st workout this morning after I took the kids to school. OMG I thought I was going to die. I knew I was out of shape but I had no idea it was his bad. I kept up with the harder chic but did the easier push ups. I'm hoping I can keep this up and shed this extra weight!! I can't fit into some of my pants I bought just last fall!!
If you have done 30DS when did you stop feeling like you were going to die?

I LOVE the shred! I really need to get to it again.
For me, it is GREAT for toning. I would advise to alternate with straight cardio for one day. I tried to do 30 days of the shred and burnt out. I can do it for months if I run or do the eliptical in between. I also usually spend 7-10 days on each level before moving up.
