I went on vacation for 4 days to Michigan. I ate like crap I tell you, Popeye's Chicken, McDonald's, Burger King, and my all time favorite(unfortunately) Taco Bell. So you would assume that any normal person would gain weight right?? Nooooo...some how I lost 7 lbs in that time. WTF? I didn't want to lose 7lbs, but I did. How the heck did that happen? Any insights?
I always eat like a pig when I travel. I really like food! But somehow I usually manage to lose a couple of pounds, I think it is because I am really active when I travel (I want to go see everything) so I think I just burn it all off. I need to travel more!

For me, saying I didn't want to lose 7 lbs is like saying I didn't really want a million dollars lol.
Don't ask why...just enjoy!
