excercise

I was cleared yesterday by my doctor, but now I am scared to do anything but walks.  What are you ladies doing?  Any suggestions?

  • In addition to walks, I have been doing the elliptical.  Its so low-impact and I havent had any problems.

  • I started the Couch to 5k program and weights with my legs.

    So far so good! in a couple months I want to do a spin class...

  • I do 100 crunches and 100 bicycles everyday and also try to go for a walk every evening.

  • I've been doing 50 crunches everyday, 20 lunges/squats, and a 30 minute dance video. I also try and go for a walk a few times a week with my daughter.
