what do you consider as cd 1?

do you count cd 1 as first full day of bleeding? or first day of spotting/bleeding?

doing iui this cycle and trying to decide if i'm on cd 2 or cd 3.

in my Pre-Re life, I usually counted the day of spotting as CD 1, but now I count the first day of bright red flow.

Exactly!  My RE's offices says that cd1 is the first day of full flow.

First day of full flow.  Spotting doesn't count as CD1.

First day of full flow. Some REs have a cut-off time, too (ie: if it happens before 5pm, today is CD 1/if after 5pm, tomorrow is CD 1). Mine doesn't, but it might be worth it to check with yours. Good luck!

thanks ladies!! i usually don't question it and just count first full day...for some reason i was just second guessing myself this time

My RE says full flow bleed by 9pm.
