Monitor Recommendations

We have the Summer Infant Video Handheld and 7in LCD screen - we love the LCD screen but the handheld monitor stopped working.  Summer Infant will only replace the handheld if we return the whole thing but I do not want to be without a monitor.  Does anyone know if we were to buy a different Summer Infant handheld if they would be compatible or does anyone have any recommendations for other monitor brands?

This happened to me.  I actually ended up buying a new Summer Infant monitor and I kept them both.  It worked out well since we have a colonial and I'd keep one up stairs and one downstairs and now that we have 2 kids it works even better. I bought the monitor with the camera that move 180 degrees and it's worked great w/ our 2.5 year old and his big boy room.
