Hi!  Of all the things I should be doing while the girls are napping I was trying to upload a pic.  I went to tinypics and made their 3 month picture smaller, which I actually got to today at 3 months...but then it turned out huge!

Can you help me?

You have to select the website size option. I think it's the one that's 320px then cluck upload. Otherwise you're just uploading the original.
