*~*Wiggle Wednesday*~*

What do you think about doing Wiggle Wednesday where we post about any movements we've been feeling?  It's also a good place to ask 2nd time Moms if what you're feeling is baby!

Tell everyone about what your baby is up to in there! Smile

I feel the occassional popping sensation, about once or twice a day.  I'm a first time mom so I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's baby.  At my last u/s the tech said baby is big enough where I should feel movement (he's 2 weeks ahead of my EDD).  So if it's suppose to feel like popcorn, I've got a little bit!

Re: *~*Wiggle Wednesday*~*

  • I've felt a few strange feelings in there this week, but I honestly can't say for sure if it's anything baby-related or not since it's still really early for me. I thought I felt the baby flip last night when I was lying down... but nothing has been distinctive enough for me to know for sure that I'm feeling anything other than gas, or that it's all in my head. :)

  • I think I may be starting to feel things in the last couple of days - some of it may have been gas, but at least one or two felt like actual tiny kicks, not gas bubbles (more like popcorn, but just one little pop at a time so far!).

  • I've been feeling some little bops and the swimmy kind of feeling. More so after I eat, and when I'm laying down than any other time. I love it!

This is the best I've heard it decribed. I'm pretty sure I felt two distinct kicks the other night, but it's mostly the swimmy - boppy feeling.

  • Twice last night I felt like a tiny tiny bubble feeling while I was laying in bed.  But I am not convinced it wasn't all in my head.  :)   We shall see!

  • Just this past weekend I started feeling the "butterfly" feeling - and was caught off guard by it. Then LO found my bladder I think b/c it was the same feeling mixed with a second of, "I can't have to go again!" that went away instantly. I have been waiting to feel something from the outside though so DH can feel too. I have been feeling popping today - which is different, almost like my stomach is growling, but it's not where my stomach usually growls - is that anything?

  • I'm a first time mom, and I felt the flutters around 14 weeks. Last week at 15 weeks, 5 days I felt the first kick! We were watching Big Brother, and I felt a big "thwap" on the inside of my belly, just above my pubic bone. I was shocked because most first timers don't even feel movement until 18-20 weeks, but I've been feeling definitive non-gas/non-digestive movements since 14 weeks.

Since the "big kick", LO's movements have become more noticeable, and I'm beginning to be able to tell where s/he is in my abdomen. Sometimes I also feel like a weird pressure/free-falling sensation down there, too, and I think it's LO squirming around or repositioning.

  • I keep thinking I've felt something here and there, but I'm not positive. Sad  I'm ready to feel this baby moving!

  • I feeling like baby is constantly doing somersaults (sp?lol) in there.  I mostly notice it after I eat and am laying down.  For some reason its more noticable when my feet are slightly elevated.

  • On Saturday I slipped and fell in the bathroom. At night I kept feeling strange, like 3 second cramps (but not really cramps lol). I got scared and decided that if it continued I would call Sunday to be seen. Well, all day Sunday I didn't feel it...until I was in bed. On Monday I felt as if a bubble popped in my lower stomach. Baby for sure.

Since then I've been feeling it more and more often. Also, if I lay on my belly I feel movement until I move to my side. Too cute!

  • I've only felt something twice.  I have to sit still and REALLY concentrate.  And poke :)

  • Love it!

Geekling has been wiggling a lot lately! Also I've been feeling lots of quick pressure right above my pubic bone, which I think might kicks?

  • I've felt my Squirmy Wormy several times, but it's been kind of sporadic. Today was probably the first day I noticed it several times. I definitely feel it better when I'm sitting in a way that compresses my belly, like on the couch (or toilet, lol). If I'm using good posture, I don't really feel it. Needless to say, I have become quite the sloucher in hopes that I don't miss any movements!
