Worm compost

Does anyone do this?  We want to start one in our basement.  I think DS would get a kick out of it, and it will get us back into composting.  Where did you get your worms?  Can we just use a big plastic tub?  We have some old bins that might work.

I have a worm bin called the Can O Worms. Love it. Don't know if I'd want it in my basement though.

Got my worms online, then some replacement worms from a bait shop. As long as they're red wigglers you're cool.

I so want to do this. Then I got pregnant and side tracked however, I asked on freecycle and people were willing to give me worms. Check there!
