Prenatals vs. Flinstones

My prenatals are huge and were making me sick so my OB said to try chewable Flintstones vitamins. The taste is gross so I've been cutting them into pieces and swallowing them, do you think this is ok?  I'd rather go back to prenatals, does anyone have any that they can recommend that preferably aren't giant horse pills?  Thanks!

i take flinstones. i have with all 4 kids.

 

eta: or my kid's gummy vitamins!! they are delish!

I am wondering the same thing, about taking different pills, my prenatals are huge and I gag every time I take them, I seriously just don't take them because they make me so barfy feeling after I take them, I would rather take the flinstones!

Target has some gummy prenatals that are good too.

I switched my prenatals to night time so that when they made me sick, I would be asleep - and it's been great. They are huge though. My Dr. gave me Citra-Natal B Calm samples, and they have 3 pills. The first is biggish and the other two are small. You take one pill every 8 hours - but that was really hard for me to keep remembering to do. They are supposed to be good for m/s though.

Yes, Vitafusion gummies are my fav!  I feel like I'm eating candy.  :-)

My vitafusion gummies should arrive any day now! For now, I'm taking (store brand) flintstone gummies. Unfortunately, today I wasn't able to swallow any of my other vitamins/meds...blah.

oh man i just bought flinstones today. i haven't been taking my prenatal because it makes me gag to the point that i can't swallow it. i know i should take my prenatal but it's better to take something than nothing.

I loved the gummies...i have been very sick with this pregnancy but gummies I can handle. They go down fairly easy & really don't taste horrible at all, they are pretty  good. Doesn't hurt to try them

This but I am taking Target's prenatals now- it's a combo pack with the prenatal and omega boxes packaged together and they're sweet enough on the coating that they are easier for me to swallow.

i always wonder how big is big? i take costco prenatals...and while they're big, i don't gag or anything like i've always heard people talk about. are the costco (naturemade) ones considered big?
