The Bump has gone wackadoo with boards. Why do you need a board for c-sections? It's not like a long term phase of your life. If you know you need one ahead of time and have questions, or have questions about recovery after you've had one, can't you just ask on the trimester/age boards? It's not like it's so hard to find people who have had them. Separate boards should be reserved for things where you're unlikely to find the answers/community you need on the regular boards (special needs, infertility, LGBT, etc.). C-sections are pretty mainstream and I wouldn't think there would be sensitivity about discussing them on the regular boards (like, perhaps, IF).
Isn't that topic covered on the majority of other boards? I mean I had no problem getting answers to my c-section recovery questions on this board.
People here said the same thing when they started the PAIF board. I was pregnant then and people here rarely answered pg questions. It was like everyone had amnesia or something. So if someone feels they need it, I'm glad they got it.
