What does "bulk packaging" mean on an Amazon item?

I'm trying to order Joe a new bluetooth and the one I found says "bulk packaging" in the title of it.

What does that mean?

I order Pampers from amazon that say the same. The box that comes is a regular card board box not marked with the consumer Pampers labeling. It just has the plastic sleeves of diapers inside. I think Amazon orders this stuff in bulk and repackages for individual shipping.

That makes me nervous that it's not original (or refurbished). We found it through a different site for same amount so I went with that one.
