Random Q about traveling with BM

I know you can carry on containers of expressed BM, but what about ice/gel packs to keep it cold?  Are those okay too or a no-no?  I would assume yes but can't find anything definitive on the TSA website.

    If you can bring teethers filled with gel/liquid then I don't see why you can't bring an ice pack.

    I just traveled cross country with DS and had to bring bm...I had no issues traveling with the ice packs. Also, I stayed at the Hilton and they provided a mini fridge to us for free since it was for my LO & his milk so it's worth asking if your hotel has one.

    I flew in July with 4 BM bottles in a soft cooler with an ice pack. No issues at all. I just told security I had it before it went through the airport scanner.
