Chicken with stuffing casserole?

 

I think i make the same thing...

 

-Chicken breast in a casserole dish. 

-Slice of swiss on top.

-Make stuffing, mix with a can of prepared soup.  (cream of chicken or cream of something)

-pour over the chicken and throw in the oven.

 

no?  something better?

yup that's it! super easy and terrible for you but oh so good. I use cream of mushroom soup (even though I don't tell DH this)...and none of that low sodium crap, haha! I've never used cheese, though. I put some semi-steamed veggies in there too sometimes and let them cook the rest of the way in the oven.

It's so good!  I just made this on Sunday.  I can't wait until it gets a bit colder so i can start crockpotting it!

I make this too except I don't mix the soup with the breadcrumbs.  I mix it with butter....even healthier...haha.  I mix the soup with a 1/4 cup water.  And we use the swiss cheese too.
