i have read a few times on the board that when doing their registry for target they got a gift card... i didn't. I set mine up online and finalized in the store.

If you got the g/c did you get it up in the store? 

i have to call customer service about my registry anyway since the new website didn't link my registry. i emailed them and they told me to call customer service.. maybe i'll mention it when i call- but wanted to see if people actually got them or if it was just a rumor.

So- did you get a target g/c for registering?

i received a coupon on a target catalog yesterday that says i will get a gift card if i set up a registry and take a copy of i twith the coupon to customer service

I don't think I ever got a gift card from Target for registering.

I set up our registry online and never got a GC.

All I got when I registered was this odd fabric bag, a diaper, a magazine and random "junk mail" type fliers.

 I bet they are offering the GC's right now because of all the bad PR they are getting about the new website and major registry snaffoos. They are probably trying to prevent people from going elsewhere.

didn't get a gift card to target but got a bunch of coupons for products there and also got a $20 gift card to shutterfly

i started it online, but when i went in the store, like another person said, i got a bag and some samples and some coupons (one for bottles that the store doesnt even carry)

ok.... i got that bag of goodies too. ive just beenn reading on here every now and again ladies saying "well i guess ill do a target reg since they give a $20 gc" so figured is see who actually got that gc.
