What to expect at 6 week checkup?

My LO is a week old today and I'm already thinking about my 6 week PP checkup. 

What can I expect to happen at that appointment?

    I just had my PP check up and they did an internal exam with a speculum.
    Married: 3/01/08
    Baby Girl: 7/29/11
    Angel Baby: M/C 7/15/14 at 7wk
    BFP: 8/23/14 - Due 4/28/15  - It's a BOY!

    At my 6 week checkup with DD#1, the midwife did an interal exam, just with her fingers to feel my cervix and felt my belly, and also looked down there to make sure where she stitched me up . We did alot of talking, about birth control options, how I was feeling in general, etc.

    I went to a different group of doctors this time around, so I'm not sure how they do their 6 week checkups.... I have mine in 2 weeks, so we will see!
