I go to Main Line Women's Health....typically see Dr. Dardarian whom I LOVE. He was awesome through my miscarriages. How are the other Drs, ok?
I'd love to hear your opinions & experiences with Bryn Mawr!

Re: Anyone Deliver at Bryn Mawr w/Main Line WH or planning on it?
I have gone there for years (for regular GYN) and now with OB. I lost a baby last year at 21 weeks, and the doctors and nurses were all amazing! I LOVE Dr. Dein and Dr. Bernardini. I also love Dr. Lu. The only negative I have is my issues with Dr. El-Mallah. I found him extremely rude, not sympathetic and cold. When I had my 2nd loss last fall, I paged the office and he was on call .. his repsonse to my hunband I was "well, why are you calling me? this is NOT an emergency in my eyes. If you are having a miscarriage, then there is Nothing I can do about it. Go to the ER". Needless to say, I was LIVID!
My doctor was Dardarian as well an we loved him, however Dr. El-Mallah was on duty the day I delivered my DD. He was very cold and took no time out for us. All I wanted was to ask him some questions about Cytotec and he was very offended that I was question his recommendation. He was so rude I cried. Luckily the nurses at BMH are amazing and my nurse, Thuy, saved the day. We ened up getting another doctor, Dr. Castelli that isn't even a part of MLWH. Dr. Castelli was so great I'm still considering switching to his practice eventhough it is far from my house.
I've been a patient there for years. Dr. Bernidini did both of my c-sections and I LOVE her! She is an excellent physician, surgeon and very likeable too. She is who I see on a regular basis.
I think Dr. Lu is good too. I like Dr. Dein, but can see how some may say he comes off a little too confident. But I just think he really does know his stuff...and would trust him with my baby's life if in a scary delivery. I've seen Dr. Dardarian a few times and I liked him too. I have limited experience with Dr. Leon and Dr. El-Mallah...I only had appointments with each once and just didn't really gel with their personalities.
Both of the NPs are great too. My only complaint is often having to wait for a looong time to be seen at appointments.
