Need help with shower invite wording - please!!

So I'm doing the bridal shower invitations for my cousin's wedding and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to word the "hosted by" line.  Her mom and step mom (possible her future MIL) are contributing as well as the bridesmaids.  That's a lot of names to put in there, so what should it say?

    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.

    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    For one of my baby showers, my sister and a bunch of my friends threw one of my baby showers and on the invite they just put "Given with love by Family and Friends" on the invitation since there were at least 4 involved (I'm forgetting exactly how many now).
