Miscarriage, heavy periods, then conceived???

has anyone had irregular, heavy periods after a miscarriage and was able to conceive?  if so, how long until you conceived?  

 

this process is so hard

When I had my miscarriage in 2007, my period was nowhere to be found for 12 months. I went on birth control for about a year, then I came off of it and they were regular ever since. However I just had a m/c myself so I'm hoping AF comes back by herself and behaves and doesn't hibernate for 12 months again!

The process is most certainly hard. I'm sorry for your loss

After my miscarriage the doctor said I would have heavy, and most likely irregular periods. He predicted it would start about a week after my miscarriage finalized but it wasn't for another couple weeks.  It was heavy... probably from not having one the couple months I was pregnant. Anyway, we conceived two months later, and everything in this pregnancy seems to be going normal.  I'm sorry for your lose, just know you are not alone.  From these posts, it seems there are a lot of us out there!
