Hello again ladies,
So DH and I have been walking 2-4 miles a day for the past two weeks. Yesterday I weighted myself and... *drum role)* ... I lost 4 pounds! I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by October 1st.
My knee is still banged up, so I won't be able to run until it feels better. When I run, the weight pours off me. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the New Year.
How much have you lost or gained (if you are trying to gain weight)?

It's hard to say if it will happen or not, but I can tell you that with DD I gained about 40-45 lbs and lost it all by 10 weeks pp via breastfeeding and working out (ran 4 miles a day or did a DVD).
