For those not on FB - a Kate update

Just catching up and seeing that there was a request for an update on LCB's Kate.  LCB is super busy, as you can imagine, and I know she's been getting a ton of FB requests and messages that she simply can't keep up with.  I'll update when I can for her, so she doesn't have to worry about it while dealing with everything else.

Kate is doing OK.  She's been having a tough time with the nasty chemo meds she's on, like expected, but actually gave Lindsey a couple smiles this morning.  That was just what she needed.

She'll finish chemo on Monday, have a day of rest on Tuesday and her bone marrow transplant is scheduled for Wednesday!

    I just can't believe what a whirlwind it is!  I mean, I bet every day when your baby is feeling so awful is an eternity - but WEDNESDAY!!  Oh my gosh that's so soon!!

    Thanks for the update... I've been following her blog as well. I've been sending many good thoughts and praying hard for their family!!
