Egg yolk mask

I'm sitting here watching Juno on Bravo with egg yolk smeared all over my face hoping to dry up this recent acne development! Ugh I can remember doing this as a teenager, but I DO remember it working! What are you doing for your face care now?

DH became a double above knee amputee with traumatic brain injury (TBI) - July 2009
TTC - August 2009 DX: Severe MFI & TF due to TBI
DH SA 0 count, started clomid therapy - November 2010
DH SA 0 count, increased clomid dosage - January 2011
DH SA 75 million with 60% motility!! - May 2011
IVF with ICSI ONLY OPTION - May 2011
3dt of 2 Grade A 8&7 cell embryos May 19, 2011
+HPT May 30 2011 -- Memorial Day!
Beta #1 = 34 Beta #2 = 101.8 Beta #3 = 603!
Expecting beautiful Eden Grace February 7, 2012!
I don't believe that God ever tells us "no". he has three options. Yes, not right now, or I have something better in mind. We just have to wait & see. BabyFetus Ticker

    My skin feels tighter and like it's dried out the area. I need something to clear all this up!

    Yeah, I've never heard of that. I've heard of using toothpaste? I really have no idea what works and what doesn't.  Good luck, though!

    People have said that it's a myth, but I use toothpaste and it works for me.

    The juice from an orange peel works so good for me! Sometimes it burns and turns your face red while its on. But it gets rid of the dead skin and oil and makes my pores so much smaller, I tell everyone to try it!

    Ditto on the toothpaste! Only the white stuff though, it can't be any other kind. Smear some on your face before bed, then when you wake up...tadaa! Beautiful skin (once you wash off the white crusty paste.)

    Ladies, have your OB call you in a prescription for Cleocin! It's and antibacterial gel you put on your face 2x/day, and it works miracles! It doesn't dry your skin AT ALL. All it does is kill the bacteria on your skin. My skin was looking so bad, and it cleared up completely within a week!!

    ETA: It's super cheap, too. With my insurance I paid $11 for a huge tube that'll last my whole pregnancy. Also, I wear it under my makeup in the morning with no problems.
